In this case, a highly successful corporate employee worked as long as he could but finally had to give up his dream job because he could no longer meet its physical demands. He is industrious, so he did remain employed in a lesser-paying position.
Ms. Woodard had to contend with a variety of medical conditions, satisfying the elimination period, and resolving difficulties inherent in proving that while the claimant can do one job, he cannot do the other.
