Service
There is no “cookie cutter” treatment of any client or case. The individual needs of our clients are the immediate focus of attention. While you will find an orderly process of your case and constant communication with you about that process, at all times, your needs will remain the first concern.
As a final note, it is important to emphasize that service to our clients is the primary objective of our firm’s practice of law. While it is understood that we will be compensated for our work, please know that providing service to you, our clients always comes well ahead of any consideration of remuneration. We have found over many years of practicing law that providing service to our clients in the form of diligent and competent representation must always remain the primary focus and it will be our intent that you find this to be true. Communication
While you will have routine contact with our assistants, you will be afforded the opportunity to speak with an attorney whenever you believe you need to do so. While not always immediately available, it is our commitment to return all phone calls within 24 hours of receipt, if at all possible. You will be kept posted on all activities. We are available for conferences throughout the course of your case. You will never be treated as an interruption, but, in fact, as the reason for our work.
