1. Diligent and vigorous representation
Your file will be handled in as timely a manner as the circumstances allow. In addition to pushing your case to an early conclusion, your file will always be in the firm’s calendar to ensure that result. All legal theories will be fully explored. All remedies will be pursued. As your attorney, I will apply myself with the same vigor, diligence and effort which resulted in my graduation from law school with a degree Magna Cum Laude.
2. Fee and costs
It is my intention to provide the best available legal services at a most reasonable fee. The fees will be explained to you up front and any questions you have will be answered to your satisfaction before we enter into an agreement. I will continue to answer your questions throughout your case. Costs, which are in addition, will be kept to the minimum necessary for your representation and will be discussed with you throughout the case. I commit to you that I will not expend more than $100.00 at any one time without first getting your approval.
3. Client communication
While you will have routine contact with my assistants, you will be afforded the opportunity to speak with me when you believe you need to do so. While I am not always immediately available, it is my commitment to return all phone calls within 24 hours of receipt, if at all possible. You will be kept posted on all activities. I am available for conferences throughout the course of your case. You will never be treated as an interruption, but, in fact, as the reason for my work.
4. Continuing Legal Education
In addition to meeting those requirements imposed upon me by the Florida Bar, I will remain current on changing statutory and case law which may impact your legal rights. I will remain up to date in my training in the skills necessary to secure all the rights to which you are entitled.
5. Each client and case is unique.
There is no “cookie cutter” treatment of any client or case. The individuals needs of my client are the immediate focus of my attention. While you will find an orderly process of your case and constant communication with you about that process, at all times, your needs will remain the first concern.
